Requirements
We are seeking an experienced, board certified neonatologist to provide per diem coverage in Winchester. This is a per diem position within a well-established 3-physician group, caring for a 30-bed Level 3b NICU with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.
- Enjoy a collaborative practice environment with neonatologists taking call from home and 24-hour in-house coverage by NNPs
- Advanced services include whole body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide, and high frequency oscillation
- We welcome candidates with Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building a long-term career in Winchester
- Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel.

Qualifications
- Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
- Active VA license required
