    Requirements

    The Senior Contract Revenue Analyst reports to the Director of Contract Revenue and the home office is in Sunrise, Florida.  The Senior Contract Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing new and revised hospital contracts to determine the rates, terms, invoice type, documentation requirements and billing schedule of the stipends.  In addition, this position will ensure timely, accurate data entry of fixed and variable rate subsidies by reviewing executed contracts. The Contract Revenue Analyst will effectively prepare for, attend, and represent the Contract Revenue Department in meetings with Pediatrix and facility management.  This position will also assist initiating opportunities around process improvements and departmental process manual in addition to training and mentoring.

    • Analyzes new and revised hospital contracts, determines actions necessary, documents the requirements, and establishing customer account.
    • Maintain existing contracts to ensure they remain accurate.
    • Effective communicate with external and internal customers through the contract process to ensure that the information is received in a timely manner.
    • Clearly document meeting minutes and e-mails, in order to assure appropriate ongoing follow-up by the department
    • Effectively utilizes tools such as reports, calendars and project plans in order to follow up on deliverables, plan meeting attendance, track progress, and meet deadlines.
    • Provide support for internal and external audits.
    • Identify opportunities and initiate process improvements to include written documentation in process manual
    • Opportunities can include the use of technology in the way of improvements.
    • Assist with creating department manual.
    • Assist with training and mentoring staff.
    • Work collaboratively with a variety of individuals within the department, company, and customers.
    • Assist with all other duties and special projects as needed and exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they are identified to assist with projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
    • 5+ years of related experience 

    Knowledge/Skills:

    • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy
    • Proven results‑driven approach with strong technical and problem‑solving skills
    • Ability to research and analyze data across multiple systems
    • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments
    • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, “roll‑up‑the‑sleeves” work ethic
    • Effective working independently and collaboratively across teams
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and seek clarification when needed

    Software:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
    • Experience with Salesforce and Apptus
