    Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatologist to serve as Medical Director for a 7‑bed Level II NICU and well‑baby nursery in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This position is ideal for a physician leader who values hands‑on clinical excellence, programmatic influence, and a sustainable lifestyle—all within a supportive, highly engaged hospital environment.

    As Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to shape clinical standards, guide quality initiatives, and serve as a trusted clinical leader, while maintaining a predictable and balanced schedule.
