    ** Per Diem ** Seeking Pediatric Hospitalists for Newborn Nursery and Well Baby Coverage in Ohio - Apply Today !!!

    Requirements

    • Coverage for Newborn Nursery and Well Baby Coverage
    • 24 Hours Shift: Day Rounding + On Call
    • ADC 5+
    • Attend Deliveries
    • New Practice Acquistion- Starting in Summer 2026
    • Must be able to perform Circumcisions 

    Qualifications

    • Must be Board Certified
    • Minimum of 1 Year's Post Certification Hospital Experience
    • OH Licensed or IMLC Compact Eligible

    Benefits and Compensation

    Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2.

     

    *Our benefits include for Per Diem members:  

    • Employee Assistance 
    • Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage.

     

    PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO 

    Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. 

    Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
