    Neonatologist Position – Level IV NICU

    Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join Rocky Mountain Neonatology at HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children’s at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center.

    Practice in an 84-bed Level IV NICU, the largest Level IV NICU in the Rocky Mountain region, caring for extremely premature, critically ill, medically complex, and surgical newborns from across Colorado and a multi-state referral area.

    • Care for infants born as early as 22 weeks’ gestation
    • Advanced respiratory, neurologic, and surgical neonatal care
    • Growing pediatric cardiovascular and cardiac surgical capabilities
    • Established regional neonatal transport program
    • 24/7 neonatal and advanced practice provider support
    • The region’s only program combining Level IV Maternal Care and a Level IV NICU on the same campus, enabling seamless prenatal planning, delivery, and neonatal care
    • Broad multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric subspecialists and hospital teams

    We are looking for a clinically strong, collaborative neonatologist who wants to help shape the continued growth and improvement of the program.

    A key focus is quality improvement and patient safety, with opportunities to lead multidisciplinary initiatives, review outcomes and benchmarking data, develop evidence-based clinical pathways, and participate in education and simulation.

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
    • Eligible for Colorado licensure
    • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
    • Interest in quality improvement and program development
    • Level IV NICU experience preferred
