    Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board‑Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to join our growing team at Johnston‑Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a pediatrician who enjoys a predictable schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and a practice dedicated to newborn care.

    Dedicated Newborn Focus

    • Care exclusively for infants in the Well‑Baby Nursery
    • Neonatologists and NNPs handle delivery attendance and NICU management

    • On‑site Level III NICU for seamless escalation of care
    • Approximately 1,700 annual deliveries, with 95% of newborn admissions supported by our team
