    Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to our dedicated team at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott Valley, Arizona; just 90 minutes North of Phoenix.

    The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opportunity:

    This is a chance to practice high‑quality neonatal care with real autonomy in a supportive, well‑structured Level II NICU caring for babies 32 weeks and up. Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) play a central role in newborn care—from delivery attendance to daily management—while collaborating closely with an on‑call Neonatologist.

    What NNPs Do:

    • Manage and care for infants in a Level II NICU
    • Attend all C‑sections and high‑risk deliveries
    • Evaluate and care for all newborns
    • Practice independently with daily phone rounds with the on‑call Neonatologist
    • Enjoy a role with variety, responsibility, and strong clinical Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) ownership

    Qualifications

    • Current APRN national specialty certification
    • Minimum of a master’s degree
    • Prior experience as licensed NNP required
