Requirements
- Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale. No outpatient clinic responsibilities—100% inpatient focus.
- Great coverage structure with 2 physicians on at all times
- Work a minimum of just 6, 24-hour, shifts per month, allowing for ample and flexible time off each month
- Established 8-physician team with excellent camaraderie and mentorship from experienced OB Hospitalists
- 6,000 annual deliveries at a busy, well-established program, with Level III NICU support
- Manage OB ED, unassigned patients, and community OB support
- Assist with cesarean deliveries as needed
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely, high-quality care
- Tailor your practice to your interests—practice OB only, or expand into GYN by working with our sister hospital at Sonoran Crossing
- Ideal for new grads or early-career physicians seeking to expand procedural experience and maintain a broader skillset

Qualifications
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Previous OB Hospitalist Experience Preferred
- Ability to obtain AZ medical licensure
