    **Per Diem** Seeking Ob/Gyn Hospitalists for our Salinas, CA Practice - Apply Today!

    Requirements

    • Responsibilities include OB ED coverage, emergencies as well as OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and a low volume of delivery attendance for community OBs
    • Provide 24-hour in-house coverage
    • Labor and delivery facility has nine private suites 

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified
    • Active CA License in Hand
    • Minimum of 1 Year's Experience

    Benefits and Compensation

    Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. W-2 designated position.

     

    Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00 /hour

     

    *Our benefits include for Per Diem members:  

    • Employee Assistance 
    • Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage.

     

    PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO 

    Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. 

    Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
