    We have an exciting Career opportunity for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of credentaling, payroll, and provider scheduling to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Pediatrix Medical Group and support our Tele Health Department.     Requirements

    The Administartive Assistant provides general administrative and clerical duties to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or practice managers.Administrative support to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or practice managers.

    • Perform general office tasks: copying, filing, faxing, mailings, scheduling, and maintaining files/spreadsheets.
    • Type medical dictation and reports; handle phone calls and correspondence.
    • Use Microsoft Office for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Manage office equipment, supplies, and travel arrangements; coordinate meetings and calendars.
    • Maintain provider credentialing records, CME tracking, etc. as needed.

    ***Candidate must reside in CST or MST****

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    High School Diploma/GED

    1-3 years related experience. Healthcare experience required. 

    Software:

    Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
