Requirements
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role leverages a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks and strategic search methodologies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines. Working closely with recruitment and hiring teams, the Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting recruiting initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience while promoting the organization's employer brand.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach campaigns.
- Create and manage compelling job advertisements, social media content, and candidate engagement campaigns to increase visibility and candidate interest.
- Conduct outreach through email, text, phone, and social media to engage passive and active candidates and assess their interest in career opportunities.
- Partner closely with recruitment and hiring teams to gain a thorough understanding of position requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- May assist with/manage conference schedule and leads
- Stay informed of industry trends, labor market conditions, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing technologies to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Serve as a brand ambassador of the organization by delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 1-2 years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or candidate sourcing, preferably within healthcare or other high-volume hiring environments
- Experience supporting healthcare recruitment initiatives sourcing clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Advanced knowledge of candidate sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search techniques, social media networking, and passive candidate engagement
Software/Techinical:
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications to identify, engage, and support top talent throughout the recruitment process.
